Lifetime Fence Company is a great company for fence installation from start to finish. I hired them to install connecting iron fences from my house to my neighbors' existing fences. Lifetime Fence personnel were all very professional, plus supportive and patient in complying with HOA guidelines for new fences. Adrian, the installer, did excellent workmanship all in one day and was pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Lifetime Fencing was very pleasant. First off the receptionist was very nice and handles my call by asking what I felt were appropriate question so she would know who to refer my call to. I receive a call back very quickly and an appointment was made for the representative to meet with me and discuss the project. I was informed of all the fencing options I could choose from and an agreement was made. Within 10 days I received a call and given a start date for the project. Due to inclement weather that start date had to be pushed back a couple of day. During this time they remained in contact with me. When the two workmen arrived, they started in on the work immediately. The project was completed that same day. They returned a couple of days later to touch up the paint in a couple of areas. I have no hesitance in recommending Lifetime Fencing.

Overall I'm very pleased with the metal fence built. Pricing seems fair, the project timeline was very reasonable, and it was built on the day they scheduled and completed on time. My only frustration is on two different occasions I stopped by the Frisco office and it was locked up. Twice! The business hours on the door say 8-5 but there is nobody there. You have to call a number that goes to another office I believe in Carrollton. I think the hours should be removed from the window if they will not staff the office, it sets the wrong expectation. Otherwise everything else was good.

Lifetime built our fence two years ago. Yesterday we had a massive storm and our large tree was split down the middle. Half of this huge tree fell on our fence and on the neighboring roof. The fence did not budge!!! It didn’t so much as bend! It held up this tree all day and prevented likely further roof damage. When we finally had the tree removed the fence was in almost PERFECT condition. If that doesn’t prove how well it was installed, I don’t know what would!

Update: 4/17/24: It was time to re-stain my investment (fence) and I contacted Heather and Jeremy to set it up. Scheduling was very easy. Alan and Eric arrived on time and did a great job of power washing the fence. We had to wait a few days due to rain before the fence could be stained. Agustin (I believe) came by to stain the fence. He was very friendly, thorough, and did a professional job. I received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. The fence looks new, and I'm looking forward to preserving the fence as long as possible and following Lifetime's recommended maintenance schedule. This company is a pleasure to work with, their quality of work is top notch, and they make me feel like a valued customer. Update: 4/29/2021: I found that the best way to get service after the sale, is to contact the office directly. Jimmy, the owner, is extremely responsive and shows a genuine concern for his customers. He stands behind his product, whether it be a defect in materials or workmanship. 3/3/21: I wanted to replace my 6 foot, side by side wooden fence with an 8 foot board on board fence. One portion of my fence was ten years old, and another portion was five years old. I was looking for greater privacy from prying eyes, security, and to add value to my home. I spend a lot of time in the back yard, so I wanted to have greater enjoyment. I consulted with two other companies, before I went with Lifetime Fence. I met with Brian, we went over a few options, looked at other fences in the alley, and his proposal made the most sense. I did not feel pressured to commit, and didn't sense any high pressure sales tactics. Everything was above board. Their warranty provides peace of mind. I put 50% down, and Jimmy, the owner, called me right after the snow storm to set up an install date. Brian came by that morning, and we did a walk through with Adrian and Hernan. I was going to be home during the install to answer any questions and/or address any concerns. The first day, they took down the old fence and posts, installed the new poles, rails and trim. The next day, they made some leveling adjustments before installing the pickets, and the rest of the trim. I really like my new fence, and am looking forward to enjoying my backyard for many years to come. I feel that I achieved my objectives with this fence. I'm looking forward to a continued relationship with Lifetime Fence! Thank you!

The team at Lifetime fence helped us remove a decaying pergola and install a new one that had to be custom fit around an existing fireplace and other structural elements. They managed the process with the city and looked out for our best interest avoiding some major changes to permitting. Communication, timelines and quality met or exceeded expectations. I wanted to expand the usable yard space of the small 60x100 lot of my McKinney home. I contracted with Lifetime Fence to move my fence to the far side of my driveway to my property line, secure my entire backyard and driveway and add an electric gate for convenience. My sales agent Benny was terrific. He was quick to schedule a visit and provided a through review of the costs of each part of my project. He is professional with a lot of experience and quickly grasped what I wanted to accomplish and provided excellent recomendations. On the day of the installation Benny met with me and the construction crew to go over the project so there were no misunderstandings about the scope of work. The two workers that built my fence and electric gate over two solid 8 hr 105 degree days did an excellent job with the installation. They were detailed and produced a quality work product and upon completion setup all the entry codes and clickers required for its function and gave me a tutorial on its operation. The materials they used are high quality including the electric opener that is commercial grade. I love the end result and would definitely use Lifetime Fence again and recommend them to others based on the positive experience I had with my project. Before and after pictures are attached.

Lifetime fence did a beautiful job. We were a bit indecisive about extending the fence and Eduardo told us to let him know when the date was actually scheduled, so we had time to make our decision. The only reason it is not a 5 rating is we are waiting on the gate window. It slipped through the cracks but it is on its way. Glad we extended the fence!

They also straighten my old fence and got it back to a shape we can get some more years out of it.
